Dave, If you mean that the clutch will not release, it's probably rusted to the flywheel. This is a fairly common problem with almost all tractors that have a dry engine clutch. One solution is to start the tractor in gear and drive it around while stomping the brakes with the clutch pedal locked down. Sometimes it takes a while to get the clutch unstuck, but this usually works. It also helps if there is a load on the tractor like a brush hog or even a plow. If that doesen't work, you might try some kind of pry bar through the belly pump mounting hole (of course, the pump will have to be removed first). Phil
