Farmall Super A questions

Hi. I remember a while back, someone posted a picture, well, let me back up. The tractor's crank handle, the one you use to hand crank the tractor. It hooks in a clamp- type thing beside the seat. Someone posted a picture of this clamp after it had broken, and what a good one looks like. I need these pictures. I think (know) the one on our tractor is broken, but I want to make sure.Also, I have a transmission problem. When I mash the clutch all way in, and try to put it in gear, it just makes a grinding noise, like the clutch isnt mashed, even when it is. The pedal has good pressure on it, and I can see the rod moving up uder the tractor when I remove the bolt on plate. Any ideas?
