Lou - Make line on the outside of the new bushing shell with a magic marker in line with the lube hole. Line that up with the grease port in the bolster casting and make a matching mark on the casting. So long as the two lines are in register as you drive the bushing in you know the radial location of the lube hole in the bushing is OK. When the bushing appears to be in all the way, give it a shot of grease. If grease appears in the bushing bore you are all set. (And if for some reason the holes don't line up when the bushing is seated, you can probably remove the grease fitting, run a suitable drill thru the passage and drill your own prolerly located lube opening in the bushing shell.)
