Thanks guys the info you gave me will help alot. I went to an auction today and bid on two tractors; 1066 and 1486. I don't know about in your part of the country but here in Western NE its hard to outbid the dealers unless you want to pay what they will sell it to you on the lot; They will bid it up to what they can sell it for just so you can't get a better deal than what they sell for, it sucks. But anyway I was the only person bidding against this dealer and I ran him up to $8,400 on the 1486 which was a good sound tractor with 4700 hrs on it; I thought that was a good buy for him still. I ran him up to $5,000 on the 1066; it was a good tractor but they said TA was slipping. My problem is I have to sell or trade two tractors plus $ in order to get one good one. Thanks again, Dan
