I-4 hood

I have a1945 International I-4.Some butcher chopped up my hood.I was told the hood on a H was the same on the side(the place that is the most damaged).Could this be true,since ther are no junkers for me to go by.I know the whole hood wont work but are the side of them the same.Any help would be appreciated.
