1968 Model - B414, IH glow plug problems

I have a 1968 IH farm tractor, model # B414, I would like to know if anyone could tell me what the problem is when one glow plug lights up and the other 3 do not. I just put 4 new ones in. The indicator on the dash gets really hot when I heat them but the 3 other glow plugs do not. I would appreciate any help you may be able to give me. You can email me at: snap1@ citlink.net. Thanks!
