It has the D-282 indirect injection diesel; uses glow plugs, needs pre-heating unless restarted while still rolling over on 100 degree day. Not a bad motor after you get it running. Make sure the head or block isn't cracked, they won't tolerate being run hot. (pressure test cooling system cold & @ op. temp.) That being said they were a pretty good rig for the times. I would give $3000 for a sound one.
