As a sidline to our fertilizer business we operared a tire shop and I have fixed and changed many rear farm tractor tires. The calcium chloride and water solution is VERY corrosive to rims and anything else it comes in contact with. Yes you should get rid of the fluid if you do not need it for traction. Beware that this solution pollutes the ground it is drained upon and will kill most vegetation. Best way to get rid of it is have a tire company pump it out and dispose of it properly. We used to just pull out the core housing and let the stuff spew but that has been years ago and I doubt the EPA would like it very well if you did the same and they found out. By the way grass still doesn't grow very well where we did this work.
