I have found it very difficult to locate a power steering unit for a 400. Behlen is the type used on my 400. I have been trying to either replace it or repair the one I have but have had no luck finding a used one and very little luck finding parts from Case/IH. It is possible to find one of these units but if you do find a used one the cost will be $200 to $300 or higher. Hope this helps, Bob.
