Yes. You might want to coat both sides of the gasket with something like K&W Copper-Coat to help it seal better. If you can't find a new gasket, one can be made out of an old phone book cover. Check the castings for obvious cracks before reassembly. You may also need a new seal on the PTO shaft. Shouldn't be too difficult of a job if there aren't any cracked parts.
