Billy, The only thing I'm unsure of is if you are replacing an Auburn assembly with a Rockford assembly it may or may not work. Seems like they should interchange as the flywheel is the same for both. Other than that, they should bolt right up. Make sure you check the old clutch release bearing while you're in there with the tractor split. Also check the clutch shaft pilot bushing that fits into the end of the crankshaft. Good luck.//FB
