49 cub paint

i have a 49 farmall cub that has the front and rear rims painted blue, as well as the fenders. i think sombody may have painted red over the rest of the tractor (it may all have been blue at one time). It is a light blue. my question is, is this a factory finish (a special tractor for a company maybe) or a rednecked paint job. it looks like a fairly good job.
