Get a Farmall 300 utility or 300 Row crop... Live hydraulics, live pto, wide front available on row crop models, standard on utility models. Some come with 2pt hitch that easily converts to a three point, otherwise add on a 3 pt hitch from Saginaw tractor. Some models also have powersteering as an option but that's not always needed. The rowcrop version of this tractor can be found relatively cheap, in good mechanical condition($1200 to 2500 depending on paint). The utility version will cost more though. It all depends on what you want to do with the tractor.
