These were very common mowers, thousands still in fence rows and junk piles.

About only the parts you will need are sections (triangle cutters), guards (go around the sections), and pittman arms (wood link). They are all available from farm stores.

Most made for H and M use one way hydraulic cylinder to lift, some had lever lifts.

A u shaped bracket bolts all the way across the drawbar on top to provide two holes to mount the mower. It is easy to make one to match the mower and drawbar holes or a salvage should be able to fix you up, lots of tractors get to the junkyard with them still attached.
