While changing the oil and filter on my C, the new filter came with a gasket and there did not seem to be any gasket under the metal shell when I took it off. I installed the gasket and it leaked, I took the gasket out and it leaked, I tightened the retaining screw just that last little bit and it broke. Two questions: 1. Where can I get a replacement bolt. I am sure I am not the first person to be this dense. 2. What about the gasket? The groove on the base seems to be "v" shaped as though to contact both sides of the can. The gasket was square in profile. Is there a gasket here? I presume I can get the broken screw out easily since it has a hole down the center. Any advice on this is also appreciated. Thanks in advance- Dave
