In all seriousness,sounds like you have a rear seal that is leaking.Im guessing but by "getting in gear oil"You mean that it is leaking from where the belly pump is,right?the only way oil can come out of the engine is if you drain it from the bottom of the oil pan,you have a seal or gasket leaking,or as suggested youre smoking like a freight train!There is no way that oil from the engine is getting in the gear box!
