What part of Western Washington? I to have a 300 Utility and I am pretty happy with it. I am in the process of building a quick detach loader for it. I have completely gone through this tractor, it has power steering that I wouldn't want to be without. As far as a 3 point, I like the 2 point much better. It very easy to convert any 3 point piece of equipment to 2 point. The ease and convience of hooking up to equipment is well worth the time and expense of converting equipment to 2 point.
