Will this cultivator fit on my 300?

Hi Everybody,

I'm going to an auction this weekend. The seller has a Number 266 2-point cultivator. He says there are two parts to it, the rear 2-point part, and a part that mounts on the front of the tractor. He's also selling an 806, 460, and 240 tractors and all have fast hitch. I don't know what tractors he used this on, but I'm assuming the 240 and perhaps the 460. I know the rear 2-point part will hook up to my 300, but will the front part mount up without having to make any modifications to either my tractor of the cultivator?
