The connecting rod is 37.5 inches between the 3/4 inch holes.
The lifting lever is a bit more complex. I will give you measurements for the side closest to the engine. From the center of the bottom hole, up 7 in., 30 degree bend to the left, up 11 in., 30 degree bend to the right, up 3 in. to the center of hole, up 2 in. to the center of the top hole.
The bends should give you a 6 in offset to the left.
