I just finished replaceing all of the seals on the hydraulic pump on the Super A. I have been losing hydraulic fluid and thought for sure it was the seal on the pump. I also see a lot of oil around the base of the touch control unit near the front of the pistons. So I am now thinking about pulling the touch control unit off of the tractor and replacing the seals. Has anyone done this lately? What should I look out for and be careful of? Want to do this right. Also the manual said that the touch control should contain 8 1/4 pints. When I drained it to rebuild the pump, I could only put about 6 1/4 pints back in. Is there about 2 pints in the bottom of the touch control unit that do not get drained out?
