Ralph you are right. I was not looking at the big picture. I have started to look for a 4x4 rubber tired tractor instead. I talked to several people with tracked machines an for what I want it for the upkeep would be intense. Well I haven't wasted a dime yet, thanks to a little research on the web and just talking to the right people. thanks again. Bruce
