F H spoke wheels

I have just started working on grandpas 1932 F-30. Has been sitting since '61 but i think that as soon as the carb repair parts arrive it will run. Need to replace a couple of tires and was wondering if there was a source for the liner that protects the tube from the spokes. The 28 inch rear one is still intact, but i don't know if it will survive removing while i sandblast. The 16 inch front ones are missing. Thanks for any help, Mike S(WA)
