Here in western WV, a Cub listed in the classifieds usually runs anywhere from $1800-$3400, although I have seen one as cheap as $1400. The price usually includes one or two attachments.

Bear in mind that a 60" mower is a lot of mower for a Cub to drive, and it may have problems cutting anything more than light grass(especially on hills). I personally think that a 48" mower is better suited to a Cub.
