I used to have a 140 with a 3 pt hitch and a 5 ft Woods belly mower. The belly mower did not cause a problem with the 3 pt hitch. It gives you some counterweight so the front end is not so light when you pick things up with the 3 pt. I also had an IH front/mid mount blade and was even able to tie up the belly mower and put on and use the blade on the front with the belly mower still on the tractor. I guess you are aware that you can't use the drawbar with the 3 pt on the tractor. You have to use a cross bar in the 3 pt. I had a drawbar made to work in the 3 pt that also connected to the top link to get rid of the rotation problem with the cross bar.
