My manual says the capacity is 4 1/2 qt without pto/belt, 5 with pto only, 5 1/2 qt with both. The manual says sae 90.

There is a transmission drain plug, sort of below the belt pulley on the side of the tranny, and a separate drain for the belt pulley, under the case, sort of above the pto. You drain both, and filll only from the transmission fill, which is next to the gearshift. There are a couple plugs for inspection. The oil level is checked at a plug on the side.
