The farmer who puts in the crops on my farm has a new to him 1440 this year. As he was going down my hill which is very steep the combine jumped out of gear and he could not stop it with the breaks, or get it back in gear so that the hydro would work. He went thru a gate and carried it across a county road and finally stopped in a bean field. Everyone told him that the breaks never work on these combines because you never use them with the hydro.
