You might also check out C&D's 3pt for the Super C. It's shipped as one assembly that bolts to the cultivator brackets on the axle, with links forward to the Touch-Control rockshafts. Being so close to the axle, I did have to raise the swinging drawbar to the highest position to mount the hitch, though the PTO is obviously clear. Not sure whether those dimensions would interfere with the power to your belly mower.
