140 Hi-Clear

Any information on how many Hi-Clears were produced in the 140 model? Also, aside from the rear wheels (9.4-36) and different looking front end, what was the difference between this and the standard model? If one installed 11.4-24 wheels on the back and left the front alone, what problems would that cause? Looks like the steering gear housing, front axle, extensions and spindles are different. Or is this version collectable? Thanks in advance for any information.
