22-36 Year and value

I was yondering what I am looking at here...It is a Mc Cormich-Deering 22-36 with serial numbers TG143288, What year was it made? The tractor runs and drives very nice, and has good nice nobby tires. What do you think the value of this tractor is?

Also Does this tractor have a water pump?
