IHC model C

Got a line on a C that has been completly redone, Eng rebored oversise pistons, new paint, new tires front and rear, all work done first class.

Down side is its been customized for use as a pulling tractor, painted black on eng and rear end , racing steering wheel, different seat, hyd system removed. Is it worth 2200? It has been on the market for quite awhile. Appreciate any feedback.
