Farmall super C ???????

Hey guys, I found what I beleive is a 1952 super C. I was wanting to know what yall think it might be worth. It is complete, metal decent shape, does'nt run, not stuck, tires ok, wide front end.
I was wondering what to offer for it. I think the owner got it when he bought the land back in the 70's. So he might not even know what he has. So I will start cheep. What do they usually go for? Thanks for any help I will keep yall posted.
