Just saw an add in Harvester Highlights for new F-20 sleeves, no price. Kisinger Engine Service 814-634-1918. For rings and other items--Rice equiptment, 814-226-9200.
Finding used ones should not be difficult. New rings in old bores work well and tolerances are forgiving, the soft rings seem to seat well.
