ThatOtherGuy's A oil problem

The 45 A has had a different front axle, governor, new plug wires (The Red: PLUG WIRES DID MAKE A DIFFERENCE!) rear seal, rear axle, grill has been beatin out so it looks like a good one and not all beaten up, the mag, oil pan and now the problem: The Oil Pump.
I put another in and it had a pressure of 40 (better than 4 with the old one) But today it had a pressure of 20 full and 10 on idle. Is this normal?
