950 CCA is plenty for any Farmall. I had one in my M and I probably could have plowed a field with all the power that the starter was exerting. I put a smaller battery in it 800 CCA and it works fine. Go with interstate...I don't know much about the new fangled batteries that don't have the liquid in them. They say it can be mounted upside down. Good luck.
