Did you check the clearance between the pressure plate fingers and the throwout bearing? Supposedly the fingers are set correctly when they rebuild the PP, but mine were not even close when I changed it. Drop the clutch cover plate out of the bottom of the housing and look up there with a trouble light. You can adjust those fingers with an open end wrench. Back the lock nut off a little and set them all to the same distance, whatever it is you need to make her work. Then you can get the proper free play in the clutch pedal. I use a drill bit to set the distance the same for each finger. I hope that's all it is. Sounds like a nice H.
