Can a belly-blade on a super C be changed to a front blade?

I was told that a mid-mount blade on super C could be mounted on the front. I have seen them on the front, but unfortunately that was a while ago and I don't remember how they were attached. Is this correct that they could be mounted either way? If someone has a diagram or knows how to change this, please let me know. I like it underneath the tractor for grading gravel, but I think it would be better on the front for snow, but maybe not as I have not yet used it in the snow. Thanks for any responses.
