Best way is to find a tire store or a farm supply place that has the facilities to install the fluid. Take the tractor there, or just the rims and tires (Provided they are not large. They are real heavy and hard to handle if they are very large.). Most places that do this will also come out (for a fee of course) to your place and do the work.
