I have an international 484 diesel which is only 38hp on the P.T.O and I have run a new holland 316 hay liner with a kicker successfully with no problems, but I was on pretty level going. So I think that your tractor should be ok for the job and you may have to use a lower gear if its hilly. But if it's a round bailer your talking about... well maybe on good going. Good Luck!
