The Reds method is a sure fire going to work method for getting a good ground. I go another route to try and keep from removing too much paint which invites rust which will cause an intermittant ground down the road. This is what I did on my 300 Utility, I believe the light attachment is simular. Remove one of the bolts that hold the light bar on and run a tap into the threads to clean them out good. Use a new bolt and lock washer with a little oil or grease on the bolt to seal out the air/moisture once it's installed. Tighten it down good so the lock washer bites in good, the light bar should now be well grounded to the frame. The clamps have a sharp edge and when tightend down really bite into the bar. If the clamp and bar are free of rust and just have paint on them the clamp should bite through and give you a good ground to the frame. Use a new lock washer between the light bolt and the clamp nut and you should be ready to go. Just my $.02 Lance
