Your Super C will handle the 6 ft finishing mower with no problem. Don't know how you plan to set up the belt system, but better to run if off the belt pulley if you can rather than the PTO. The belt pulley shaft turns around 1500 rpm at high idle compared to 540 for the PTO, so you can use a much smaller sheave. You should be able to mow in 2nd gear with no problem unless you let the grass get real high.
