Farmall C project

I just aquired a Farmall C as my first tractor restoration project. I was raised on a farm in Wisconsin in the early 50's and my fathers friend had a C and we had a Super M. I learn to drive both on small dairy farm. Now I'm ready to relive the good old days. Where do I begin? The owner said they parked it about six years ago and it has been sitting out side in the Reno, Nv. desert since. The Model # plate reads FC and the serial # is 30527. Why is the Model "FC" and is that any different than a C? I need some sheet metal and maybe more. I just got it home today and need to get tires and battery charged or changed. Where to get stuff?
