It's not real rare but not real common, either. My Dad had one in the early sixties and there weren't many around here even in those years. I think they were too big for a small tractor and too small for a big tractor. Try steelwheelranch.com , nice website. Ships parts anywhere, nice guy to deal with. Also try Cook Tractor Co. Inc, phone 660 885 2287. Steel wheel Ranch is at Everest, Kansas and Cook Tractor is at Clinton, Mo. I was at their lot in April this year and saw a couple of 340's there. I had the chance to buy a 340 for $200 that didn't run and passed it up, been kicking myself ever since. It was nearly all there except for sheetmetal side curtains. Don't know where that tractor went. Do you get Red Power Magazine? There is a salvage parts dealer advertising in there that has a lot of 340 parts also. I'm out of time now will lookup the number for you this evening (cst)and post if interested.
