JDM you got a head scratcher there. You have some uniqueness in that it is an early 1940 and probably has 1939 casting parts. You have the slotted deck and the early seat used up through sn 15697. I think the big IF is about the engine. If the block is no good, then you lose the uniqueness of an early H with matching engine and frame serial numbers. Personally I wouldn't give over $250 since Hs are stashed all over Indiana. But $500 is not out of the line with this H having some features that most don't have. I would carefully look over that engine and see what you need to do. You didn't give any details on your thread about the engine.
