Never say never.

I just converted one to 12 volts. Easy to do, really. But I'd much rather have it original. Here are what I think are some good reasons why I did it.

1. I bought the tractor as a non-runner with the complete electrical system missing.

2. Nobody has sent me a generator and regulator yet.

3. I had an old GM Delco alternator right here on the shelf.

4. It was one way to make a running tractor from a parts tractor, while working on a fixed (low)income.

5. Given the opportunity, I can and will convert it back as it should be.
