When we need to use one of our loader tractors that is icing up like your 460 is we put in around a 1/2 gal of Power Service diesel fuel conditioner. The fuel conditioner also helps hold the water in the oil so that when you change the oil you get more of the water out. When you change the oil take the T shaped cover off under the clutch housing. There will be about a Quart of water there.
