valve cover gasket leaking due to bent valve cover

I bought a Farmall 400 tractor -It was leaking oil around the valve cover gasket.The tractor has power steering and someone had placed a support for the power steering unit on top of the valve cover and I think it is slightly bowed on the end due to the pressure--Is there a way to fix the valve cover to where it won't leak oil.
