barry i had a 1939 with one front wheel set up- no fenders - no pto - no belt pully - no light bar or light,s, but it did have starter and alternator, with 14-9 38 tires and with me on it at 225 pounds it went in at 4750.i could never get it down to the 4500 pound class with out butchering it. it also had no belly pump.
