The rims I just bought from Miller Tire did not come with the stop blocks. But it was no trouble welding thim in. If you don't have access ro a welder then find your local welding shop they can fix you up, probably have some scrap that they can make them out of. Those new rims look sooooo good on my 41' M, going to have ro paint the rest of the tractor now! Enjoy
