I think it's a Heisler manifold, they made them to try to hop up the old M's. The original manifold the intake sequence starved every other cylinder of fuel/air mixture because of the curves & bends and that manifold supposedly fixed that problem. It still mounts the OEM carb. if I remember correctly.
