Hey Sam, Your IH dealer will have the paint in the gallon at about $30 and in spray cans for around $3. The brush will do a fine job on all the cast metal, but you will be amazed at how good the paint from the spray can will look on the grill and hood. I have seen a lot of tractors done with a brush and they dont look bad at all on the cast parts, sometimes you can't tell much difference. But on the sheet metal it will look kinda rough. If it was me I would buy 2 or 3 cans of spray, I think you will be glad you did.
